Douglas Furiato is a musician, gardener, cook, husband, father, and web developer in Tallahassee, Florida. I moved here many years ago to study classical guitar and lute and hang out at a great music library and use the practice rooms while not attending classes. Later I began teaching myself web development as an antidote to boredom and despair while taking a Visual Basic class.

Back at the turn of the century I worked at a DotCom during their Golden Age and developed an appreciation for working with a passionate and dedicated team, having a foosball table available, Friday beers delivered by a wise and inspiring management team, and the ability to telework. I like music, photography, gardening, books, history, dogs, cats, birds, cooking, eating, walking, and work.
